As this site is solely dedicated to the telling of the story of the history of computing we have included journalists and other writers in this project, and state that this site is an expression of free speech at the service of the user communities involved in and interested in the history of computing.

Our goal is to produce an accurate recounting of the history of computing and even if there are varying recountings it is the complete reporting of each point of view that will produce the greatest asset for the future.
